Wish from 32 October 13, 2021
Head Coach Mike Zimmer is
not here to secure a top five defense ... his son is ... although he has clearly demonstrated
that he's capable of doing so, so stop trying to apply a subjective moniker to him in
your effort to destroy him. He is here to win this franchises first Super Bowl
Championship ... PERIOD. The last two week experiment has proven
much.
A question recently arose that went something like this. If you could
chose one team out of our 32 franchises in the NFL to immediately suit up with
those Viking horns ... basing your decision on winning the Super Bowl for this
year only ... who would you pick? It was then that a list of the NFL's top
eight was made to consider which included the Chiefs, Bills, Cardinals, Bucs,
Packers, Chargers, Ravens & Cowboys. It was then that something very
interesting occurred.
Starting with the Packers, there is no way we'd ever duplicate the Favre
disaster ... setting us back another decade ... by handing over this franchise to A. A. Ron. As for the Pokes,
are they a product of their division, or do you see a facade, especially when
gaining entrance to the elite of the NFC? We shall see. As for the
All-Star-Brady squad, having their players paid by other franchises, when do you
exactly see the hand of God reaching-in to extract Brady's talent as the earth
revolves around the sun ... stranding all those malcontents on the isle of
despair. The reckoning is coming due. Now one could pick the up-and-coming
Chargers but is there enough
flair not to get eliminated in the AFC or NFC playoffs for that matter? To
be direct, the Chargers represent a very intriguing pick but it may not yet be their time. As for the Ravens, regardless of
an off the charts status, they
still feature a running quarterback which will always be a very real liability in time as
the season holds many very real obstacles. As for the Cardinals, which we
will see again ... to be
direct ... we beat them on their turf ... so no not the Cardinals although
they will be entertaining. Which leaves both the Bills &
Chiefs.
Then I ask myself the question. Where do we see the Chief's now at 2 &
3 with two home losses? Have they solidified that offensive line or will
its overall efficiency be a function of time? One thing for certain was
that Mahomes Achilles heal was exposed last year under his depleted line which
again will have to face the elites. Then of course we have Breeland which tells us
something about the mindset of the Chiefs defense which heavily relies upon their
quarterback to put up large points. In other words, are these concepts
sustainable? Last but not least are the Bills which have the real deal in
Allen which will be a handful every time he walks onto the field, leading me to
the obvious major concern in that they clearly overuse Stephan Diggs which may
prove disastrous over a full two year span. As such, the Buffalo's are
clearly my second choice to strap on those Viking horns ... but hold that
thought. By the way, Buffalo's have
horns too, so expect to see them on February 13,
2022.
Then it happened. An internal pressure release of Cousins emotions came to
the forefront with an immediate response from our Head Coach ... all in the
struggle of life. Finally Cousins found his true identity that has been
missing ... that we've have all been awaiting. It's raw nature was so
explosive & cutting that there wasn't one observer that could deny the
paradigm shift. Sure, no one can really explain it because it goes well
beyond leadership (which is just a word) ... into a new realm ... that discounts
"The Me" into instead, "Being apart of destiny". Maybe
it was in response to Dantzler's railing by putting his career on the line to
prove his point. No one can beat this team ... that is ... on a level
playing field. For years I've imagined Cousins playing with unfettered
emotions ... too rarely seen ... to collect all those tortured athletes into an
overall purpose. It was like Orcas swimming in a pod ... not by choice ...
but by pure unfettered instinct. Zimmer brought us
this.
Now, the vultures are circling, seeing Head Coach Mike Zimmer's hands shake ...
possibly suffering from a type of battle fatigue. This is not a weakness
... it is signal of years of shortcomings & now a clear series of what might
be nothing less than fraudulent behaviors. Ownership needs to stand firm
with him understanding the real cost of wedging unquestioned behavior to pierce
the Corporate Veil (AKA winning the Super Bowl). Zimmer has sacrificed
everything to see it through including fielding every possible curve ball, kick
in the nads, that only these "OUTWARD" characters of the NFL can
provide. Having none of it as his dominant soul & glaring eye is now
more important than ever. Zimmer's approach is breaking forth &
breaking into the traditional barriers that have prevented this franchise from
attaining its goal. No way should you find this in-process-paradigm on any
scrap heap, as Coach Zimmer will tell us all when it's time. Screw the concept
of your self serving tainted dynasties.
Sure, Coach Zimmer is doing everything to protect his sons development, which is
his reflection of something that exists between sons & fathers. Even
if you never had that for yourself, instead of whining about it, you should be
doing your utmost to secure it from any ridicule, as it shouldn't be seen as the
exception to the rule ... it should be the mainstay of every mans life.
Every mans actions can be apart of these types of bonds & every mans fight
can make it so for so many others. A man has always been measured by his
commitments & a man with no commitment is not a man. Instead of
allowing the world to attack & destroy this unquestioned bond, with some
sort of utopian idea (that are always wrong - 100%), you should instead be
serving first as it's champion. It is the key aspect of being a man.
No one should ever have to apologize for unfettered devotion. Words are
just words. Evil words are presented for the potential destruction that
takes away from you & your opportunities.
Twisted nonsensical verbiage that enables a fumble when there is no video
evidence of such, not corrected until this fraudulent behavior is applied to
some franchise that actually counts ... like the Cowboys. Questionable
officiating that provides a license to steal at every turn. Fraudulent
missed field goals & point shaving extra points that should clearly put a
block of kickers on the bread line. Could this lead to non-guaranteed
contracts that has multiple kickers on training camp rosters that will not know
their destiny until after the 53 man roster is established or
"No-Kicker-Opening-Day"? Try to explain that lack of security to
your better half when considering your decision to self enrich at the expense of
all those that toil with blood & sweat. Then there was having to deal
with an elite-practice player, non-contact ring wearing sieve that only acted on
his own personal behalf at the expense of too many to mention.
No, it is all exposed now that now includes the latest unexplained critical
fumble that has now put the heat of the spotlight upon him. The lack of
that forward progress once again puts the leagues actions into question however
that does not absolve his actions as the clear purpose was to run the clock ...
not fight for a few meaningless inches. Large contracts never come from
trying to supplement your pay using questionable behavior. So much effort
has been put forth in an effort to destroy this franchise, that was once
obscured, that is now is as clear as day. On this feast of "Saint
Crispin Day" these men faced their destiny, never to understand the meaning
of gold, but rather than to covet honor, to see old age ... as we shall be
remembered throughout the age. Shall think themselves accursd they were
not here, "And hold their manhoods cheap whiles any speaks That fought with
us upon Saint Crispin's
Day".
No. This is my franchise. Of the 32, the only one that I'd wish for
to strap on those horns are the ones that are actually wearing them. Sure,
you've been told that Vikings actually didn't wear horns however that was never
what they represented. You see, I was just a young boy & compared to
those playing with Barbie's I was the devil incarnate. Lucifer was always
depicted with those horns where I learned to embrace that moniker ... as it was
my only true nature ... I could be nothing less. When I saw those horns
& what they represented on that grid iron, it became a natural draw for
me. No, I wasn't evil however there was a list of my childhood hero's,
that served no color barrier whatsoever that taught me the axioms of life.
No, those horns are mine & what is before me is a marvel to behold.
Was Mike Zimmer mad or sane in telling us that this was the very best squad that
he's ever coached. For the ones thinking that he's out of his mind ...
well we are clearly under their radar. There are many more changes in
store for this squad where this season is still within its infancy. What
evolves from here will be truly special but its not going to just happen.
You will all need to transform the potential ... .
Does Irv Smith Jr. have a date with destiny as February 13, 2022
approaches. He had espoused an unstoppable offense for the 2021 season
that was left unrealized & un-launched for him. Is there some sort of
pending statement within his unstoppable eagerness? Again, after 3 games,
being apart of that initial 53 man roster, he's eligible to return. Wasn't
it Percy Harvin that scored a touchdown in a season-less Super Bowl? What
destiny awaits?
