Smashing De' Flower December
26, 2021
Coach Mike Zimmer has been
given a great opportunity, where that schedule has been against him most of the
year. In other words, within his mitts is the opportunity to Smash Matt
LaFleur thereby jettisoning A. A. Ron to another location. Of course, this
is a sad cry from the idiots that are desperately trying to get Mike Zimmer
fired instead of retiring on his own terms ... as if we were a real class
organization.
The first hard lesson learned is that regardless of the score, the last 2
minutes of the first half have been disastrous for this franchise ... AKA
"Zimmer Time". Although we'd all like to crawl under a rock
during those moments, there is one thing that Mike Zimmer can do for himself to
help rectify these events. NEVER CALL A TIME OUT FOR THEIR OFFENSE
DURING ANY END OF HALF DRIVE!!!!! This franchise is
playing the clock ... a very crewel clock ... where it is best to let it run
when your offense is not trying to work the ball down the field to somehow
secure points.
The Packers just faced two very physical teams in the Raven's & the Brown's
before our upcoming contest in Green Bay. To be direct, these two team
were clearly just a shadow of what this franchise had to face as we had to
handle Lamar & a very devastating power edge blocker which were non-existent
for the Packers. As for the Browns, they could only field one devastating
runner where two were rammed down our throats. Of course this makes no
mention to the Brown's depleted all world DE & a much more potent
defense. However, what we do know is that the Packers defense had to
defend two very physical squads that were hell bent on running the ball which
meant they pounded the crap out of A. A. Ron's defense.
Now there is one very vital statistic to keep in mind. When you pass the ball
your completion rate is 60 to 70% & that is if your quarterback is close to
100% & not under enormous pressure. However, when you run the ball,
regardless if it is a gain or a loss, by comparison it's a 100% deal ... and to
be direct ... at this juncture ... that Packer's defense under The Flower will
not be capable of stopping the run which was well demonstrated playing the
Browns.
THE GIFT: For some time, as an advocate, there was a deep thought of using
Alexander Mattison in more of a power role, to soften up the defense, especially
early in the 1st & 2nd quarter. That would allow the to unleash a
fresh Dalvin Cook & his explosiveness in the 3rd & 4th quarter against a
depleted defense. Unfortunately, we ruled by the critics of the game where
we became blinded by Dalvin's talent that allowed him to be ground up (hits)
throughout the game ... hoping for the fallacy of an early lead. From a
team concept, where everyone is chipping in toward that victory, this simple
reasoning might have been exposed a better approach. Said another way, was
Lombardi brilliant in his use of Jim Taylor & Paul Hornung ... that put the
team concept in front of everything ... that is mistakenly being overlooked
today. Regardless of our never ending pining, Dalvin Cook is now out ...
under "The Wuhan 19" protocol this week ... which means fresh
legs versus the Packer's next week. The last time Dalvin was given a week
off he ground up over 200 yards on the ground. In other words, "The
Flower" & his crew are praying that Mike Zimmer overlooks all of these
signs & doesn't give the Fudger's a heavy dose of that Viking "TIME
CONSUMING RUN GAME".
Of course, this doesn't mean Kirk Cousins will be without a job next week
however it is in our all best interest to temper his role in favor of a heavy
dose of that run game ... every quarterbacks best friend.
A. A. Ron will have to do everything possible to get an early lead, maybe try to
get a 2 touchdown lead, however we need to understand that we will be in less of
a football shootout & more like a 15 round fight, where never ending
pounding will rule the day. The only question being, will we allow
"The Flower" to dictate the terms of this game or will we provide
"THE TERMS".
As for the Fudgies ... "We own this Division" ... "Peer at our
record (& be held in awe ... bow to us)" ... "We are playing at
home in front our faithful" ... "We have revenge in our mind after
getting beat earlier by these very Vikings in their complex". In
other words, the expectations of a blow-out will be high, sort of like the
Buffalo Bills playing Parcels New York Giants that had to use a back up
quarterback & a slow developing ball control offense that ate up
clock. After what Cleveland "ground up" verus the Packers on the
ground ... at an alarming clip ... the entire CHEESE KOFF complex will be
"ill at ease" watching the doings of Cook, Alexander & Kene
Nwangwu ... tearing through all that delicate fabric that was hoping for
"Coverage Jogging" instead.
