Own it! Embrace
it! Hold onto it as if it were the only thing that belonged to you baring
that which was bestowed upon you by God.
Just stand back and try to absorb what K.J. Osborn was able to accomplish versus
the Colts on December 17, 2022. This is what he was born to do ... this
was his destiny ... where all he needed was the chance along with a moment in
time. For K.J. it was allot more than just hard work ... the hours ... the
labor ... the dedication to his craft. It took an inward approach ... a
bonding within his special group of knuckleheads to be able to rise to this
level. It took an immeasurable level of patient focus on his part to never
let his beliefs in himself wane ... for even a second ... grasping and fighting
with all his inner demons ... day to day ... until it popped. Now when it
comes to his next contract ... like it did for Conklin ... exactly what do you
think will happen. What I'm talking about is maturity as he's owned it all
... he's accepted any task any pittance of light thrown his way and turned it
into gold.
Life is a roller coaster of incredible highs & lows. You can brace
& tense up ... which is normal ... churning your insides into absolute mush,
or you can let all that energy flow into an artistic portrait of
life.
This team's, and all those backs ... were up against the wall. The firing
squad had locked & loaded where the call to take aim was about to
commence. We see our punter attempt a pass that backfired into even more
tallied points against. This was a clear & concise message that if we
didn't change something drastically the outcome was assured.
It was then Kene Nwangwu was given the go ahead into returning just about
everything that he could get his hands on. I was there in Baltimore last
year perched on the 50 yard line, calling Kene's shot just before the ball
peaked at its pinnacle. There was no question of what Kene abilities were
as all he needed was some sort of day light. It was there & the rest
is now history. Even though we lost that game, we don't achieve overtime
without Kene's belief in himself & his trade.
Everything in that moment had switched from having Kirk Cousins complacent
starting at the 25 yard line, into absolute desperation, needing to find that
spark ,,, any spark. Translation ... Kene Nwangwu is more than a just a
special athlete. Head coach Kevin O'Connell & every member of this
squad knows that this entity is going to play a major part in this 2022 teams
destiny. It may not be on Saturday December 17, 2022 ... but that day is
coming. It didn't matter a lick whether Kene accomplished jack on this
day, or not. There was only one thing that mattered, which was Kene's
maturity ... how he carried himself ... how he inspired his squad ... which was
clearly amiss. If you don't understand what I'm talking about, take a look
at Brett Favre's one & only Super Bowl victory & what you'll see is a
special team unit that would not be denied on a very special day.
That squad carried much more than a bit of attitude. What was crafted with
his talents was a type of perfection in knowing that the outcome of that game
lied within his grasp. If this unit believes it, then it would become
inevitable. It was going to happen. At that moment in his life, he
owned it ... everything ... and nothing was going to deny him of that
opportunity. Need another example. Percy Harvin didn't play the
entire season for his Sea Cocks but what he did on that one special day can
never be taken away from him. Sure the Eagles have Jalen Hurts &
A.J. Brown along with a bunch of hired guns but they do not have Kene, nor do
they have the plethora of weapons that have been assembled under head coach
Kevin O'Connell. The negative words spoken today point to every possible
reason why this team will never be for real but for two years now it's clearly
been absolute desperation combined with "An Execution" ... by a
thousand cuts. Who is now the master?
Go ahead & poll every fan found within the Viking Nation. Do you think
for one moment that we cannot see the potential within Jalen Reagor? To
this day, most are still calling for you to get as many touches as
possible. Man, did you screw the pooch on Saturday December 17, 2022 ...
but it's over (in the past) but do you for one moment believe that maturity
cannot overcome absolutely everything. Not a thing can hide from its view
... absolute ownership ... hearing not speaking ... leading from within ...
never giving up upon your reach for destiny. "How can I possibly
trust you ever again ... which is combined with the thought of ... How can I
possibly ever ignore you?" Only you Jalen Reagor ... can snuff
out this spark. It is now clear for all to see that Philadelphia could
only have one Jalen Hurts ... but aren't you just as dangerous. Jalen got
the time ... you got the door ... but it was clearly the right door.
Whatever you do, don't speak with Hall of Fame Cris Carter because he will tell
you that it was all his fault & to be direct Philadelphia is incapable of
handling another Hall of Fame cast off. Kinetic Energy takes more than
just the motion & realization of work ... it takes the realization of all
that potential combined with the will of moving it off center. MATURITY
... OWNERSHIP ... PATIENTS ... Leading others to believe what you clearly know
to be true.
Do you think it's hard to self realize? Consider this ... The entirety of
the NFL's Hall of Fame is littered with it where it would be easier to find
someone without sin to cast that first stone. As such, there is no
disgrace ... unless you let it overwhelm you or worse yet ... you let it slide
without an intense fight. There is only one way to lead ...
